SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within Australia.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday & Friday via Australia Post. Purchases made on weekends & public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery to metro areas will usually arrive in 2-5 days. Regional areas 5-7 days. However there are sometimes unexpected delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship to most places around the world. We use Australia Post for freight. Delivery normally takes between 7-21 days depending on the location.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 per order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Casa Capri will provide an exchange up to 10 days after the purchase of the goods. Please note we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or an incorrect purchase. We will gladly offer Store Credit and/or Exchange for the value of your purchase of full priced items that are:

-IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

-NO SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE

-IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS/BOXES

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.

All sale purchases are final. There are no exchanges or returns for sale items.

Gift Cards can not be exchanged.

In order to return an item you must contact us at info@casacapri.com.au within 10 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and what you would like to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless faulty.

Once we have received the item and our team have approved the return we will process the exchange/store-credit within 2-5 business days.
