Put your jewellery on last. After your creams, make-up, hairspray and perfume. The chemicals in them may damage or tarnish the finish of the metals.

We choose gold plating because it allows us to create the bold, statement pieces Casa is known for, while keeping them at a more accessible price point than solid gold.
Solid gold pieces of this size and weight would come with a significantly high price tag. Gold plating allows us to give you the beautiful look and feel of gold without the fine-jewellery price.
Because plating is a surface finish rather than solid gold, it will naturally soften, fade or tarnish with time and wear. This is completely normal for plated jewellery..
How quickly this occurs will vary from person to person depending on wear, your skins natural PH levels, moisture, perfumes, lotions and how your piece is cared for.

Exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals can affect the appearance of any jewellery over time, so removing your pieces before swimming, showering or exercising will help keep them looking their best.
